Every order from The Colour Edit is carefully packed with love, precision, and a touch of creative magic.
We take great pride in ensuring your art supplies arrive beautifully presented, safely delivered, and ready to inspire.
🌿 Order Processing
All orders are lovingly packed in our studio and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, product launches, or holidays, please allow an additional day or two for dispatch — we promise, it’s worth the wait.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s colourful journey to your door.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. The Colour Edit cannot be held responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle, offering both Standard and Express options.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to metro areas
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays.
Remote or regional areas may require additional time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders over $100 AUD may qualify for free standard shipping (before discounts, within Australia).
🌍 International Shipping
We’re delighted to bring The Colour Edit to customers worldwide.
International orders are shipped via tracked services such as Australia Post International, DHL, or similar carriers.
Delivery time varies by destination but generally ranges from 7–20 business days.
Please note:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot mark parcels as “gifts” or undervalue items to avoid import duties.
• If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
💌 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
If your parcel seems delayed, please check with your local postal service before contacting us — most parcels appear within a few days.
Of course, if you still need help, our support team will gladly assist.
📦 Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery is missed or unclaimed, or if an incorrect address was provided, your parcel may be returned to us.
In these cases, we’re happy to re-ship it — simply cover the additional postage.
If you’d prefer a refund, we’ll process one for the item value once the parcel is safely returned, less the original shipping fee.
🌿Lost or Damaged Parcels
While rare, should your parcel go missing or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
We’ll liaise with the courier on your behalf and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Photographs of damaged packaging or items may be required to assist with claims.
